Dr Rashmi Thaper is the Artistic Director of “Nritya Sinchana Dance Company” , imparting classical art training to young hearts. Her Institute founded in 2005, has always been the chosen platform to provide young budding talent training to learn, aspire and spread Indian Art and Music. An appropriate attention to each student with former training program, has helped students in qualifying Exams in Distinction (conducted by Karnataka board) & Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai with flying colors.  Its proud moment to say that the students are winning the District & State level competitions , State & National level Scholarships and bringing laurels to the Nritya Sinchana School and their families. Seven students of the institute have finished their Rangapravesha and formally stepped into the field of dance.  The institute aims to uplift the art form via thorough practice with utmost dedication & hard work to create talented dancers.
